A great deal of research and
testing has gone into the development of this product. Each bag is made in the
U.S.A. and is hand assembled and inspected. While other similar bags may be
available, no other bag contains this combination of high quality
materials. We have used only the best components and assembled them for
prolonged, heavy use under extreme conditions.
We want you to be totally satisfied with the
Biker's Friend Saddle Bag. Within 15 days from the date of purchase if you
are dissatisfied, you may return the bag for a full refund
(product amount only),
or exchange the bag for a different size. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price. Proof of purchase may
be required. NOTE: If the bag is intended as a gift, we consider the
15 day period to begin when the person receives the gift from you.
Also, the
bag cannot have been used or taken on a trip for the full refund to apply.
The 15 day evaluation period allows you to look at the bag and put it on
your bike to see if it will work for you. It does not allow you to use the
bag and return it for a refund after your trip. Decide if you
like the bag before you use it for an extended period of time.
The above applies to our Saddle
Bags. As it relates to our Condor Motorcycle Stands, the item can be
returned if it has not been used. The buyer is responsible for shipping the
unit back. An RMA number is required and there is a twenty percent
re-stocking fee as the item has to be removed, inspected, tested, and
reboxed.
